EBS executed Concourse Steel work fabrication for 4 Red line stations and 6 Green line stations. The Length of each Station is 130 m & width varies from 15.5m at the ends to 26.5m at the middle of station. The Concourse steel work consist Cantilever girders of size 1800mm wide x 105mm thick tapered flanges & 1600mm deep x 25mm thick tapered web. These girders of length 11.2m (max) are cantilevered off the central via duct on either side using Tension strap plates at top & using anchor bolts at the bottom. These girders, together with the in-between Secondary beams support the concourse RCC slab with metal decking. Connection Design and Fabrication are in EBS Scope of Work.
